WREN & FIDA INTERNATIONAL
TERMS and CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION: To register for a tour, a completed application accompanied by a deposit must be submitted to Wren & Fida International.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Upon registration, a deposit of $500 per person is required to secure space on a tour. Tour balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Applications received within 90 days of departure must include full payment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Payments may be made by check (payable to Wren & Fida International), VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Card. When paying by credit card, either a separate signed credit card authorization form or the credit card information provided with signature on the application must be provided before final documents will be sent.

CHANGES: No refunds will be made for accommodations or services (included in the original tour package price) which are not utilized during the program by participants. In addition, any requested changes (i.e. additional days or activities that would deviate from the group or itinerary), will require a $50 service fee per person, plus the costs of any additional air and land services provided .

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Wren & Fida International. Cancellations received: From registration date to 91 days prior to departure date will receive a $250 refund of the deposit and will receive 100% refund of monies paid after the initial deposit; 90-61 days prior to departure date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price; 60-31 days prior to departure date will receive a 25% refund of the total tour price; Within 30 days prior to departure and cancellations received on the actual departure date will receive no refund from Wren & Fida International.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Wren & Fida International automatically arranges group insurance coverage for participants on every tour. Group insurance covers you while the tour is in progress and will not cover any penalties for cancellations prior to departure. Wren & Fida International is not the insuring agency and cannot guarantee that this insurance will cover every misfortune that may occur, and coverage is limited in most cases. At times it may be necessary to cancel or interrupt your trip (e.g. illness, death in the family, etc.). Since our tours have penalties for cancellation, we strongly recommend that you purchase a private travel protection plan with cancellation coverage in addition to the group travel protection plan provided by Wren & Fida International.

ROOMMATES: If applying as a single but would like to sign up for accommodations on a share basis, a roommate may be assigned if circumstances permit. If a roommate is unavailable, the applicant will be notified of the adjusted price (additional single supplement) prior to departure. 		PARTICIPANT NOTICE: Items of a personal nature are the responsibility of each tour participant. These items include (but are not limited to) excess baggage or porterage charges; Personal trip or baggage insurance; Room service; Laundry; Phone calls; Bottled drinking water; Food or beverages not part of the group menu; Gratuities for special services; Passports; Immunizations fees; Visas; Etc.

REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Participants must carry a valid passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity before expiration) from the date of departure and during the tour. Participants will be provided with information concerning passports and/or tourist cards, visas, and immunizations where needed. However, obtaining them is the responsibility of each applicant (unless otherwise noted in the itinerary).

HEALTH AND IMMUNIZATIONS: Wren & Fida International advises each participant to have a physical checkup before registering for a tour. Each participant should follow the advice of their physician regarding any immunizations needed before traveling. Wren & Fida International is not responsible for any accident or illness that may occur before, during or after a participant is on a tour. If you have a disability or physical condition that would require assistance during the tour, please advise Wren & Fida International at time of registration so that special arrangements may be made to accommodate you.

RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE: Prior to departure, Wren & Fida International reserves the right to make changes or substitutions in the best interest of the program in order to meet unexpected situations; such as increases in fares and accommodation rates; airline failures; changes in currency rates, etc. Additional charges or refunds will be made to participants where applicable. Wren & Fida International reserves the right to cancel a tour, if deemed necessary, for reasons including insufficient program participation and circumstances beyond the control of Wren & Fida International; these circumstances include but are not limited to events such as strikes, lockouts, riots, wars, and natural disasters. In such an event, Wren & Fida International shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of deposits and monies paid to Wren & Fida International by the participants.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: While on Wren & Fida International tour, Wren & Fida International, as the principal, shall be responsible to the participant for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participant as set forth in the program literature, except to the extent such services or accommodations cannot be supplied, due to delays or other such causes beyond the control of Wren & Fida International. In such event, Wren & Fida International will use its best efforts to supply comparable services and accommodations, but provide		 no refund to participants. Wren & Fida International, in the absence of negligence on their part, shall not be responsible for any delay, substitution of equipment, or any act of omission whatsoever by the air carrier or by any hotel, guesthouse, car supplier, or any of their employees or agents—or any of the services and accommodations to participants, including any results thereof, such as a change in services or accommodations necessitated by the same. In addition, Wren & Fida International shall not be liable for any death, or for any damages or claims arising from negligence of any person not its employee or under its exclusive control. Furthermore, all tickets are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under which means of transportation or other services are offered and provided by the issuer. Wren & Fida International, in the absence of negligence, shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such transportation or other such services, or for any loss, injury or damage to, or in respect of, any person or property howsoever caused or arising, or for damages resulting from any other cause connected directly or indirectly with the program for which application is hereby made.

ACCEPTANCE : Wren & Fida International does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, gender, color, or ethnic or national origin. If accepted by Wren & Fida International as a member of a tour, I shall:

1. Strive to be friendly toward all members of the tour group;

2. Accept the will of a majority of the group whenever a matter of choice presents itself;

3. Accept the suggestions and direction of the Tour Manager in all matters pertaining to the program or personal conduct, health, and/or hygiene;

4. Maintain a responsible attitude, reflecting at all times academic excellence. If I refuse to follow these guidelines, and any other instructions of the Tour Guide or Tour Manager, I will fully indemnify Wren & Fida International for any loss suffered as a result of my behavior.
